Originally built for Concierge Printables as part of Etsy optimization efforts, then refined into a modular Notion workspace that can be adapted for any client or platform.

Created a complete, interconnected Content Strategy Workspace that maps every stage of the digital marketing cycle. The system enables users to plan, create, and optimize products, listings, campaigns, and social posts with clear structure and repeatable workflows.

Introduction
This project began as a tool to help manage and optimize the entire lifecycle of a product—from creation to promotion. Initially designed for Concierge Printables’ Etsy shop, the framework was later expanded to support the broader needs of CoencE and The Home Concierge. The goal was to make content strategy accessible and structured, guiding users through every step of building a digital presence and marketing it effectively.

The process reinforced that effective social promotion depends on well-optimized stores and content at every stage of the funnel. The workspace was built to ensure that all these elements connect seamlessly, providing both structure and flexibility.

The result is a fully developed content strategy ecosystem that unites SEO, marketing, and social media workflows into one cohesive system.
