About
Hey — I’m Chris Eitel, the builder behind CoencE.
For over two decades, I’ve worked in web development, SEO, and digital marketing. Over that time, I started noticing a pattern — most small businesses don’t struggle because they lack effort.
They struggle because everything is disconnected.
- A website built years ago.
- SEO added later.
- Social media posted inconsistently.
- Content created without a plan.
- Nothing works together.
That’s what led me to develop the Digital Presence Operating System (DPOS) — a structured approach that connects your website, SEO, content, and marketing into one clear, manageable system.
My journey started back in 1999, building websites and learning the foundations of the web. I later spent time in IT with a Chicagoland bank before eventually returning to web development while raising my family.
During that time, I worked with many small, local businesses — the ones doing great work but struggling to keep up with the digital side of things.
That experience shaped how I work today.
- I don’t just build websites.
- I don’t just “do SEO.”
I help businesses build a digital presence that actually works — and continues working over time.
When I’m not working on websites or digital systems, I’m a full-time dad to two great kids and usually working on some kind of home project. That’s also what led me to create The Home Concierge, where I share practical, real-world solutions for everyday problems.
If you’re looking for a clearer, more structured approach to your digital presence — you’re in the right place.
