Approach/Timeline:
Developed a structured, three-section digital booklet and companion versions for note-taking apps. Organized research and frameworks in Notion, then designed and published the booklet in Affinity Publisher. Timeline: 2–4 weeks (including polish and digital adaptation).
Results:
A thorough, professional checklist booklet—Etsy Success: Shop & Listing Optimization Checklist—that guides sellers through branding, shop setup, product optimization, marketing, analytics, and customer engagement. Adaptable for most online marketplaces beyond Etsy.

Project Overview
Introduction
Concierge Printables needed a structured resource to help Etsy sellers improve visibility and professionalism in their online shops. I created the digital booklet Etsy Success: Shop & Listing Optimization Checklist, a detailed guide covering shop setup, product optimization, marketing, and customer engagement. While designed for Etsy, the framework applies to most online marketplaces with minimal adjustments.
Process
I began by consolidating extensive notes and research on Etsy best practices inside Notion. From this, I organized the content into three major sections: Shop Essentials & Setup, Listing Optimization & Marketing, and Customer Engagement & Insights. Each section includes practical checklists (branding, logistics, SEO, listing creation, keyword research, marketing channels, analytics, etc.) with space for tracking progress.
I used Affinity Designer to create supporting visuals and Affinity Publisher to design and lay out the final booklet. After the initial draft, I refined the content and added a digital notebook version compatible with popular note-taking apps such as CollaNote.
Outcome
The finished resource provides Etsy sellers with a single, comprehensive guide for creating and managing their shops, ensuring every step is optimized for visibility and customer experience. It helps users keep all critical shop information in one place and supports ongoing shop performance tracking. The booklet has become a cornerstone digital product for Concierge Printables, demonstrating both design expertise and practical, research-based strategy.
