Project At A Glance

Client/Brand:

Coey Technologies – CoeyTech Prospace, coeytech.com

Requested:

Create a standalone website focused on heat transfers, bulk apparel, and digital production services, with links to the client’s existing online store hosted on InkSoft.

Problems/Issues:

  • CoeyTech.com had previously redirected to CoeysCloset.com, limiting SEO growth and brand separation.
  • Needed to separate Coey’s Closet (retail apparel) and CoeyTech (production services) without losing brand association.
  • Required an information-rich, responsive site that connected seamlessly to the InkSoft online store.

Approach/Timeline:

Developed a fully responsive WordPress website using Divi over a six-month timeline. Built from scratch to serve as CoeyTech’s digital hub, featuring a Resource Center, Knowledge Hub, and blog integration.

Results:

Delivered a clean, professional, and SEO-ready site highlighting CoeyTech’s services, products, and expertise. Integrated Divi Bloom for newsletter sign-ups and Monarch for social media engagement. The site provides visitors with robust educational resources and clear pathways to the company’s online store.

Project Overview

Introduction

Coey Technologies serves as the umbrella company for Coey’s Closet and Swanky Tee’s, handling the production side of embroidery, printing, and heat transfer services. For years, CoeyTech.com simply redirected to CoeysCloset.com, causing confusion and limiting CoeyTech’s visibility as its own brand. The client wanted a dedicated space for CoeyTech’s heat transfer and bulk apparel services, while maintaining connections between the brand family.

The goal was to design an independent, SEO-optimized website that informed potential clients, empowered existing customers to order online, and connected seamlessly to CoeyTech’s InkSoft store.

Process

I built the new CoeyTech Prospace website from the ground up using WordPress and Divi. To organize development and content workflows, I used Notion to plan structure, navigation, and resource distribution.

The new website was developed live (rather than in a test environment) because the domain was already tied to CoeysCloset.com and needed to be actively repointed. The site features:

  • A homepage that highlights all main service areas.

  • A Resource Hub containing product and service details, FAQs, and general guidance.

  • A Knowledge Hub with articles on design setup, pressing tips, and troubleshooting.

  • Newsletter pop-ups (via Divi Bloom) to encourage new customer engagement and opt-ins.

  • Social media sharing and follow options (via Divi Monarch).

I also created Divi Theme Builder templates for blog and article pages, ensuring design consistency across the site. Throughout the build, I integrated links to the InkSoft online store, providing a smooth transition between information and purchase points.

Outcome

The final result is a modern, user-friendly, and content-rich website that clearly defines CoeyTech’s identity apart from its sister brands. The structure encourages visitors to explore, learn, and convert through calls to action linking to the online store.

Animations and UX effects are subtle and balanced, supporting readability while enhancing user experience. The website footer promotes all three Coey brands—CoeyTech, Coey’s Closet, and Swanky Tee’s—helping cross-pollinate traffic between sites. With built-in analytics and SEO tools, CoeyTech Prospace now serves as a foundation for ongoing marketing, growth, and authority building.
