Introduction
Platinum Builders, a new division of Platinum Restoration, aimed to enter the highly competitive custom home building market. With no digital presence, no domain name, and heavy competition from established builders, they needed a ground-up solution to establish credibility, attract clients, and earn search visibility.
Process
We began by selecting the domain platbuilders.com to align with their restoration brand. Acknowledging the challenge of launching with a new domain, I designed a strategy focused on organic growth through content and SEO. I custom-coded the site using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring responsiveness and clean performance. To showcase craftsmanship, we prioritized professional photography and built custom galleries for each project. I also created detailed content covering the home-building process — from lot selection to move-in — designed to capture search queries and build authority. Mailchimp was integrated for lead forms and newsletter outreach, while keyword planning and competitor analysis guided on-page SEO throughout the build.
Outcome
The result was a polished, professional site that differentiated Platinum Builders from established competitors. Within the first two years, the brand earned placement in Google’s Local 3-Pack, a major visibility win for local search.
